Between 1992 and 2003 it has provided skills development training courses under the name of Door Training Central Europe. Since 2003 by strengthening the network under the name of DEVELOR and continuously broadening the list of products and services, it now provides services to more than two hundred key clients as a training and consulting company. Experienced trainers and counselors DEVELOR is a second-generation training and consulting company. Our trainers, counselors and coaches have many years of training and professional experience in sales or worked as managers in various businesses. Therefore, they are not merely theoretical experts, but can also provide training program participants with real-life examples and give them practical advice. METHODOLOGY OF DEVELOR Methodology of DEVELOR guides individuals or groups of organization through stages of the learning process: acquiring the knowledge, practicing and implementing it. To achieve this goal DEVELOR asses internal structures of customers organizations and – if asked – alters processes that would hinder or halt developments, so that the acquired skills and knowledge could not be applied. THE SECOND GENERATION – PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE FROM AN AUTHENTIC SOURCE How much is theoretical knowledge worth? For the individual it might even be worth a lot but for a company it equals to the extent to which it appears in the employees’ behavior. DEVELOR is the first 2 generation training company. Our trainers and advisers had been working as managers in different fields for several years previously and most of them obtained profound experience in sales/customer management. This experience enables them to illustrate the theoretical background during the „Learning phase” with exact professional examples in a personal and authentic way and thus transplant it to an everyday workplace situation of the participants. Owing to their experience, our colleagues create true to life situations during the „Practice phase” so that the participants can develop their skills which are needed for carrying out their everyday job and solving their tasks perfectly. A REAL CHANGE The trap of „Practice-Application” is an obstacle for each development procedure, and it is often its creator. Our trainers help negotiate this through true to life situational practice tasks in the „Practice phase” and the individual and team coaching interventions. Our consultants employ both American and European styles of coaching depending on the situation and desired outcome. In case of the American-type (as called professional) coaching they personally foster the integration of the behavioral forms introduced in the „Practice” or they prepare the company’s managers to support their employees during their work in the „Application phase”. Although we know the rules of the behavior that is expected of us and we can also present them in a model situation, it does not appear in everyday situations because there are psychic obstacles that prevent us from applying it in almost all cases. With the help of the European coaching-style we are able to foster further application of the training’s impact, thus making the change live and enduring. With the help of the coach the participants disclose the internal and external difficulties which prevent the mastered skills from becoming a routine. With this method the impact will endure and real changes will take place. The changes that were initiated by the practice during the training program will deepen during the phase of „Application” with the help of the coaching, skills will become a routine and they will reach the objective defined at the beginning of the development procedure. Besides coaching we elaborate supporting tools and systems for our customers, by means of which the internal managerial follow-up and development, like the managerial tasks supporting application accelerate changes, speeding up the process of the acquired knowledge becoming a „Routine”.
