Main job responsibilities:
? Ensures the well function of the reception activities;
? Receives and guides the visitors in the company;
? Assures the internal and external communication ( fax messages, e-mail, phone calls);
? Edits documents and makes translations;
? Organizes the daily meeting agenda;
? Any other tasks for the production operational and administrative support;

| Cerinte |
? Very good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
? Very good typing skills;
? Excellent knowledge of English (a second language would be a plus)
? Very good communication skills;
? Organized, responsible, serious and motivated person;
? Proactive attitude;
